Arno Haselsteiner began his education at the age of seven at the Richard Strauss Conservatory in Munich and at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik in Trossingen. He was the youngest member of the German Federal Youth Orchestra as well as the European Youth Orchestra and performed as a percussionist with the Radio Symphony Orchestra SDR in Stuttgart. It plays jazz, Latin, pop, world music, funk and fusion and collaborates with national and international artists*, orchestras and bands, including Max Greger, Hugo Strasser, Roland Baker, Yehudi Menuhin, Maurizio Polini, Anna Maria Kaufmann, Marlene Charell, Karel Gott, Roberto Blanco, Tom Jones, Jonny Logan, Matthew Garrison, Allan Harris and Boby Shew.
