Andrzej Kucharski was born in 1985 in Kedzierzyn-Kozle in Poland. After his musical education in piano and clarinet, Andrzej Kucharski graduated from the State Music School of the 2nd degree in Opole in 2005. In 2005 he began studying clarinet at the Music Academy in Poznań and from 2006 he continued his studies at the Mozarteum University Salzburg. He completed his bachelor's degree in 2010 and the IGP master's degree in clarinet with Albert Osterhammer in 2013. In 2011 he completed the concert class Bachelor's degree and in 2017 the master's degree in clarinet, also with Albert Osterhammer. In 2015 he completed the master's degree in wind band conducting with Albert Schwarzmann and Martin Fuchsberger.

From 2011 to 2015 he was a clarinet teacher in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn and from 2012 to 2017 he was a clarinet and saxophone teacher at the Prien am Chiemsee music school. From 2012 to 2019 he was the musical director of the traditional music band in Zell am Moos (Upper Austria), since 2013 he has been the band leader of the market music band in Grödig and since 2016 he has also been the musical and artistic director of the Salzburg Railway Association. Kucharski is a member of the Bläserphilharmonie Mozarteum Salzburg and the Sinfonietta da Camera Salzburg. His concert career has taken him to Austria, France, Germany, Hungary, Poland and Switzerland. He has been teaching the wind orchestra direction at the Mozarteum University Salzburg since 2019.
