Annelies Senfter,

Annelies Senfter is a visual artist and lives in Salzburg and Lienz. She graduated in graphic and new media, designing textiles and art education at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg and studied German at the Paris Lodron University in Salzburg.
She was received a scholarship by the Cité internationale des arts in Paris (2012), the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts in the USA (2015), the Austrian State Scholarship for Artistic Photography (2018) and the sponsorship award of the RLB Kunstbrücke Innsbruck (2018). Her works are represented in public and private collections e. g. in the Federal Photo Collection, MdM Rupertinum Salzburg or the State Tyrol Collection as well as the Tyrolean State Museum Ferdinandeum.
Her solo exhibitions include: "Asking the trees II", Galerie im Andechshof Innsbruck (2017); "Coming to See", Salzburger Kunstverein, Kabinett (2017); "Close Reading of a Ground / Waiting", artistic contribution to the Goldegg Dialogues, Goldegg Castle (2017). In addition, her works have recently been shown in the following exhibitions: “all natural. 100% collections”, Museum der Moderne, Salzburg Mönchsberg (2019) or “Endure the Absence”, gallery 5020, Salzburg (2019).
