Personnel Project Management (PPM)

The staff unit Personnel Project Management (PPM) assists the university management in ensuring a sustainable integrated personnel management in the strategic spheres of personnel planning, recruiting, as well as personnel development. The remit comprises the development, participative implementation, evaluation and adaptation, as well as the documentation of relevant strategies as commissioned by the Chancellor’s office with the inclusion of relevant university institutions, bearers of academic functions as well as the special interest groups.
Project work is undertaken in cooperation with each topically relevant sphere of the university, in particular with departments and institutes as well as with operative administrative institutions, for instance in the sphere of personnel development, management of appointments, post-doctoral studies, teaching commissions, curricular development, personnel administration, family service and so on.
