Cornelia Wögerer received her first piano lessons at the Linz Music School and studied at the Bruckner University in Linz with August Humer and Sven Birch, and at the Vienna University of Music with Harald Ossberger. In 2009 she received the scholarship from the Vienna University of Music. She continued her studies in the master's degree in instrumental and vocal pedagogy with Michael Lipp at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna and completed them with a master's degree with honors. This was followed by studying concert chamber music at the Anton Bruckner Private University Linz with Till Alexander Körber. She took part in master classes with internationally recognized pianists such as Gottlieb Wallisch and Georg Steinschaden.

Cornelia Wögerer teaches piano and accompaniment at the Mozarteum University Salzburg and at the Ried im Innkreis State Music School. She won numerous prizes at the Prima la Musica competition(piano and chamber music). She played chamber music with members of the Bruckner Orchestra Linz and the Radio Symphony Orchestra Vienna, as well as several concerts as a soloist with the Upper Austrian Schubert Symphony Orchestra and gave concerts with the violinist Evelyn Höllwerth (duo piano/violin). Since April 2012 she has been teaching piano and repetition for the Austrian Master Classes. Furthermore, she worked as a manager for the concert organizer Jeunesse and for the Schlosskonzerte Kammer am Attersee.
