Andrea Guttmann-Lunenburg
From 1999-2014 she gave concerts intensively with the recorder quartet QNG - Quartet New Generation in Europe, the USA, South America and Asia and won international prizes at the Concert Artists Guild Competition in New York, the Penderecki Competition for contemporary music in Kraków, the Gaudeamus Competition for contemporary music in Rotterdam, at the Göttingen Competition for Early Music, at the Chamber Music Competition in Illzach/France and at the German Music Competition in Bonn. The ensemble was included twice in the "Federal Selection of Young Artists" and in 2006 it was also a prize-winner. She is a sought-after chamber music partner. With the ensemble A Imagem Da Melancolia she recorded a CD at "Challenge Classics", with the ensemble Rosarum Flores she recorded a CD in 2019 on the label of the Landesmuseum Tirol. She also performs regularly with the ensembles Musica Antiqua Salzburg and Marini Consort.
From 2003 to 2007 she worked at Dutch and German music schools, since 2007 she has been teaching at the Upper Austrian State Music School. Since 2018 she has been the artistic director of Blockflute Formation, the recorder teacher's orchestra of the Upper Austrian State Music School.
